standard booking conditions
- The Rhinecliff is a historic railway hotel, the trains are nearby and you will hear them! Trains during the night are few, but there may be some, we provide earplugs to help!
- The Rhinecliff caters private events which may provide audible music etc until 11pm
- Cancellation with greater than 2 weeks’ notice, fully refundable
- Cancellation with less than 2 weeks’ notice: Rooms shall be fully chargeable (unless rooms are subsequently let in which case a 10% service fee will be payable)
- In the unlikely event that damage occurs to hotel property, additional charges may be affixed to the guest’s final bill in the amount required to remedy the damage
- Additional charges payable for occupancy in excess of 2 persons – $10 per person
- Extra linen set for pullout futon in Premier Room - $20
- Pets currently not allowed – we can recommend a local kennel
- Room bookings must be guaranteed by credit card (your card will not be charged in advance)
- There is currently no minimum night stay. At certain periods, a two night minimum and/or other restrictions may apply
- Block bookings will entail special conditions – please inquire
- Only 2 adults and one small child allowed to stay in Hudson and River rooms. Crib available for $20
- Maximum of 4 persons allowed in a Premier room. We cannot provide cribs or air-mattresses
- Room 205 currently has a queen bed, not a king bed.
- State sales at 8.125% and local lodging tax at 4% is chargeable on all rooms
- Please note management reserves the right to revise room rates without notice. This does not apply to confirmed reservations
- All rooms are non-smoking
- Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant from 7am-10am
- Check-in time - after 2.00pm, later than 8pm should be arranged prior to the reservation date
- Check-out time - by 11.00am
- The front desk is closed overnight
- The Rhinecliff reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations in event of unforeseen circumstances
